The situation
What it looked like when we walked in.
Liebler had a sales team that could close and no reliable way to keep them in front of homeowners. The gap was not talent, it was throughput — a rep who sits with four homeowners a week closes four homeowners' worth of work, no matter how good he is. They wanted to know whether outbound could fill a calendar without burning money on people who were never going to buy, so they bought one package to find out.
What we ran
The work, in order.
- 01Built a homeowner list across their service area, weighted to replacement-age roofs.
- 02Called the list and confirmed ownership, service area, budget and timeline before booking anything.
- 03Booked fourteen confirmed appointments straight onto their team's calendar.
- 04Rebooked the single reschedule ourselves rather than handing it back to their sales team.
What changed
The outcome.
Thirteen of the fourteen homeowners sat with a rep. The fourteenth rescheduled for a family emergency, which is the only reason this is not a clean sweep — and we rebooked her rather than writing her off. Five of them signed. That is just under six figures in new revenue from a single package, from a single test. They did not ask for a report at the end of it. They asked for another package.
The number that actually matters
Fourteen appointments is a volume figure and volume figures are easy to inflate. The one worth looking at is five signed out of thirteen sat — a thirty-eight percent close rate on people who had never heard of Liebler a few weeks earlier. That is what qualification is for. Their reps did not close harder; they stopped spending afternoons in driveways where nobody was buying.
