If you fill in the audit form we collect your name, company, email address, phone number if you give one, your trade, your revenue band, what you are interested in, and whatever you type in the message field.

Our server logs the IP address a submission came from. That is used to rate-limit the form so it cannot be hammered by a script, and for nothing else.

We use it to prepare for and hold your audit call, and to follow up about working together. That is the whole purpose.

We do not add you to a newsletter, we do not put you in a drip sequence, and we do not sell, rent or share your information with anyone for their own marketing.

A submission is stored by Cloudflare, who host this site, and emailed to us through Resend, our email provider. Both process the data on our behalf and for no other purpose. Nobody else receives it.

This site sets no cookies and runs no advertising or analytics trackers, and it embeds no third-party content.

If you arrive through a link that carries campaign tags, those tags are held in your browser's session storage and sent to us only if you submit a form — so we know which link brought you. Close the tab and they are gone.

This page covers the website. If your company uses Stratify OS, the data inside it belongs to your company and is governed by the agreement you signed, not by this page. Each company's records are isolated from every other company on the platform, and we do not use your operational data to market to anyone.

Audit enquiries are kept while there is a live conversation and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back. Ask us to delete yours and we will.

Email austin@stratify.site and ask what we hold, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it. We will do it and confirm when it is done.
