Lane 02 — Recovery

The cheapest pipeline in your business, and nobody runs it.

Every unsold estimate and cold contact in your CRM was paid for once already. We work that list as a separate add-on — no upfront cost, a percentage of what the projects it produces close for.

  • Aged database
  • Unsold estimates
  • No upfront cost
  • Win-back offers

The problem

Your database is a graveyard

Every contractor doing real volume has thousands of contacts nobody has touched in a year. Bids that went quiet. Homeowners who said not yet. Claims that stalled. You already spent the money to acquire every one of them, and most owners never work them again — not because it does not pay, but because nobody owns the job and it is always less urgent than today's lead.

  • Unsold estimates from eighteen months ago, never revisited
  • Homeowners who said 'not this year' and were never asked again
  • Repair customers who are now due for a replacement
  • Storm leads that stalled when the claim got complicated

How it runs

Step by step, in order.

  1. 01

    Pull and clean the list

We export what is in your CRM, de-duplicate it, strip the people who already bought or asked not to be contacted, and segment the rest by what they were originally looking at and how long ago.

  2. 02

    Build a reason to call

Nobody reactivates on 'just checking in'. The call needs a reason that is true — a price change, a seasonal window, a new financing option, a storm in their postcode, a product their original quote did not include.

  3. 03

Work it like a live lead

Same team, same standard, same hours. An eighteen-month-old unsold estimate gets qualified exactly like a new enquiry: ownership, area, budget, timeline.

  4. 04

    Book and hand over

What clears the standard goes onto your calendar with the history attached, so your rep walks in knowing what was quoted last time and why it did not close.

What you get

  • No upfront cost — we are paid from what closes
  • Your aged database cleaned and de-duplicated on the way through
  • Appointments booked to the same written standard
  • Original quote history attached to every booking
  • A list you can keep working yourself afterwards

What we need from you

  • An export from your CRM, or access to pull one.
  • Agreement on what we are allowed to offer — any price or financing lever.
  • A clear rule on who is off-limits.
  • Reps with room in the diary, because this produces appointments fast.

Commercials

No upfront cost

This runs on a percentage of what the projects it produces actually close for. There is no setup fee and no monthly retainer, because the whole argument for working a dead database is that it should not cost you anything to find out whether it pays. It almost always does.

Questions

Before you ask us on a call.

How old can the list be?

Older than you think. Two and three year old unsold estimates convert, because the reason most of them did not close was timing or money rather than a decision against you.

Will this annoy our old customers?

Not if the reason for the call is real, which is why we spend time on that before dialling. We also strip anybody who asked not to be contacted, and you set the off-limits rules.

Can we run this alongside appointment setting?

Yes, and most companies should. New demand and recovered demand are different lists worked by the same standard, and running both is what fills a calendar quickly.
